Perfect service! We ordered champagne for the 2nd time now, everything went smooth. The last time we ordered, the delivery service mishandled the parcel, which caused 1 of 6 bottles to break. The Vins Services customer service was very helpful and made a nice gesture for the next order, even though they were not at fault. Customer service is fast, personal and very helpful. Much appreciated and you have a returning customer in us. Thanks! This champagne is by the way the best fit to our taste.
